Frater Yucatán Hotel

**A Hidden Gem in Valladolid!** Frater Yucatán Hotel is an absolute delight! The staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and cozy — with thoughtful touches that reflect the charm of the yucatan. The courtyard and pool area are peaceful and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect place to unwind after exploring cenotes or nearby ruins. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk to the main square and some of the best local attractions. A special highlight is the on-site café. The coffee is excellent, the food is fresh and beautifully presented, and the service is warm and genuine. It became my favorite spot to start the day — sipping a lattes surrounded by the hotel’s serene garden vibe. What makes Frater Yucatán truly special is its atmosphere — boutique luxury with the friendliness of a family-run property. Every detail feels personal and cared for. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and already planning my return. We would absolutely stay here again, and would highly recommend! A beautiful place to stay — and don’t miss the café, it’s a gem all on its own. Make sure you try the Chilaquiles Valladolid! SOOOOO GOOD!

Big room, comfy bed, establishment feels new or recently renovated, located in a nice part of Valladolid directly on a big square with lots to do around. Lively neighborhood but not too noisy. Wifi reception was good. Breakfast was rather simple but tasty and well prepared. Hotel doesn't have parking space but free street parking was always available nearby.

Very nice walking area, old town vibe with touristic street full of restaurants and little shops. Breakfast was superb, 5 different plate choices all yummy. The staff super nice. The family bedroom we stayed was really big, very tastefully design and new. Right next to reception, it's a small hotel. It was 10-15min walk to valladolid main plaza (park) Plenty of space to park your car in the street. safe to walk

Convenient room, large and comfortabel bed, decent bathroom (not too special), minibar and great AC. Great location with parking options nearby and walking distance from the city center. Pool beds are comfortable and perfect to relax. Very nice style/atmosphere.

We loved this hotel, we had two rooms for a family of four and they exceeded our expectations. Staff were great, location was excellent, rooms were very clean. We would have no problems going back and staying at this hotel. No parking on site but we easily parked across the road. A short walk into the main part of town and the restaurant area. Breakfast each morning in the courtyard was a nice way to start the day. The hammocks on the balconies were very comfortable.
